Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Item is unused and in the same condition you received it
• In original packaging
• It’s fewer than 30 days since receiving the package (not from order)
• You have proof of purchase of product

If the above requirements are not met, return will not be accepted and refund will not be given.

Refunds

Refunds will be given only upon arrival of package into my possession. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping for return; this cost will not be deducted from your return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Gift certificates
• Paper products

Sale items

If item is purchased while on sale, only the sale price will be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
